2. Return Requests

As we operate through trusted fulfillment partners and suppliers, returns for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • No longer needing the item

  • Personal preference

may not be accepted.

Each request will be reviewed individually based on the circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Clearance or promotional items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Customer Name

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Our support team will review the case and arrange a replacement where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement item is unavailable.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled.

  • The issue cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before processing and shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
