1. Delivery Locations We deliver across all seven Emirates in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain).

2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

  • Standard Delivery (All Emirates): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Flat-rate delivery fee calculated at checkout (Free shipping on orders above, e.g., AED 150]).

  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM GST are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on official UAE holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Payment Method (Cash on Delivery)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery to ensure a smooth transaction.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications Once your order is dispatched from our Sharjah warehouse, you will receive an SMS or email notification containing your courier tracking link and delivery updates.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping

  • Our courier partner will attempt to contact you via call/SMS prior to delivery.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact number, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout.
